Question:
I could not seem to access the send fax page
even though I had entered the correct user name
and password, what should I do?
Answer:
Please contact your SGLC account manager to
check on the status of your account and check
the type of service your account has been setup
as.
Question:
I send a fax and when I check on the job I am
unable to find the job and I have not received a
report back what should I do?
Answer:
Open explorer and enter the following "C:\sglfxdfd"
and find the file and open the file "sglfxdfd.cfg",
you may have to click on "View" and then click
on "Details" to find the file. In the first two
lines should read as the following:
spooler1.sglc.com
spooler2.sglc.com
If you still are having difficulties contact a
